The organization was perfect, and to go for a ride in a carriage was quite something! Just like the astonished faces of the people we met on our promenades. The anecdotes told and read to us now and then were very instructive and enjoyable. And the festively decorated table with all the old china was wonderful to look at. And the costumes! What a difference a fancy dress makes! (S. F., editor, Hamburg) Perfect transfer, charming hotel, excellent couriers, wonderful leisure activities, awesome crayfish, superb asparagus – a perfect and charming voyage into the year 1910! The costumes with hats and parasols were also brilliant! (K. B., lawyer, Hamburg) To arrive by train and not by car was already relaxing. The meals were very delicious. We especially enjoyed the slowness, which marked the whole atmosphere. It took us straight back to 1910. Those time-consuming skirts and long dresses alone! It was a very special experience to be the only one „suitably“ dressed for the environment. And all those little things that awaited us in our rooms! Researched with so much love for the detail!
